Practical AI for founders and small teams, built by an operator.
No frameworks borrowed from enterprise. No off-the-shelf automations stitched together. Every system is built around the way your business actually runs — tested, installed, run.
About

Hi, I'm Jennifer.
I'm the founder of ZEROARC AI.
What brought me to this is a long-running curiosity about technology. When the new generation of AI tools started appearing on the market, I began investing heavily in learning and building with them. I started with smaller automations, and over time moved into building full operating systems for solo entrepreneurs and SMEs. The aim is always the same: buy back their time and freedom so they can focus on actually growing their business.
NuNet has been a major catalyst in that journey. It's an open-source decentralised P2P compute and orchestration platform, and working alongside that team has shaped the way I think about AI and accelerated my own learning significantly.
Most of what's on offer here is something I've built and tested on my own workflows first. I've been recording the process publicly as I go, and there are 27 recordings of that journey so far.
My approach is practical and steady. One small layer at a time, tested properly, and built around the tools and team you already have. Something that keeps running quietly in the background as the business grows.

How we work. Four rules.
Same four rules on every engagement, regardless of industry or scope. The bottom underline marks where your cursor is — but every rule is fully visible.
One layer at a time
We don't rebuild your business. We install one piece, prove it works, then install the next. You're never asked to change tools, team, or habits before you see the value.
Operator-tested first
Every system we ship is one we've already run on our own workflows. If we wouldn't trust it to handle our inbox, our calendar, or our reporting, we don't put it into yours.
Bespoke, not templated
Off-the-shelf automations break the moment your business does anything non-standard. We build for the way you actually work — the edge cases, the exceptions, the things no template covers.
Quiet by design
Good systems disappear. The best feedback we get is a client forgetting we installed something because it's been running silently for six months. That's the bar.
Not a sales pitch. A working session.
Bring a real problem from your business. Twenty minutes, founder-to-founder. We'll tell you what's an audit, what's a build, what's a 'don't do this yet,' and what you can run yourself. Whether you continue with us or not, you leave with a direct read.
