If you run an owner-led service business of 1 to 30 people, and at least one job that repeats still runs through your head or someone else's, yes. If you want a chatbot bolted onto the website, or AI added before anyone has written down how the work runs, we're not the right fit. We work with clients anywhere, including Ireland, the UK and Australia.
Are you an AI consultancy?
Not in the way most people mean it. We come from an AI background and use it every day, but the work is business operations. Week one is a list of every job that repeats, costed in hours, and the process gets fixed before any tool is added. AI goes in where it earns its place.
What actually happens in the first 30 days?
Week 1: we interview you and the people who touch the work, every recurring job goes on the list with its hours, and the First Monday Report lands. Week 2: we check whether something you already pay for does the job. Week 3: the named systems are connected and your numbers are in one place. Week 4: the process is written down and the first bottleneck is gone. You sign off the hour numbers.
Do we have to change our software?
No. We connect what you already pay for. Replacing your software is not part of what we sell.
What happens to our data, and what if we stop?
Your data is yours and comes back with you. If you leave after the initial term, or we stop trading, we run it for ninety days after notice, hand back your data, and document every automation so someone else can rebuild it.
