Cookie Policy

Cookies,
only with your yes.

Every cookie we use, what it does and how long it lasts. Change your choice whenever you like.

Last updated 15 October 20266 items, 4 optional
The short version

Analytics and marketing are optional. Everything else is essential.

  • We ask before using analytics or marketing cookies, and "Reject all" is as easy as "Accept all".
  • Two small items in your browser remember your choices. They don't track you.
  • Google Analytics, Promptwatch and the Meta Pixel only load if you switch them on. Nothing optional runs before you choose.
  • Change your mind any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
01

What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Similar tools, like your browser's local storage, work the same way. Some are needed for a site to work. Others, like analytics, are optional, and under Irish and EU law we can only use them if you agree.

This is the complete list for zeroarc.ai. We checked it by loading every page in a fresh browser.

The only marketing tool on the site is the Meta Pixel, and it loads only if you switch Marketing on. Our fonts are served from our own site, so loading a page doesn't contact Google Fonts.

Meta Pixel

If you switch Marketing on, the Meta Pixel tells Meta which pages you visit on zeroarc.ai and when you start or send an enquiry. If you then send an enquiry, our server also tells Meta that it arrived, with your email address, phone number and name scrambled (hashed) before they leave our systems, so Meta can match it to an ad you saw. If that enquiry later becomes a booked call, a client or a paid invoice, we tell Meta that too, including the amount paid, so it can show our ads to people likely to be interested. We never send what you wrote in the form. If Marketing is off, none of this is sent. More detail is in our Privacy Policy.

AI Opportunity Finder

audit.zeroarc.ai asks for your choice the same way, with Accept and Reject side by side. It uses the Meta Pixel (_fbp, _fbc) only if you accept marketing, and no analytics cookies. Strictly necessary storage remembers your choice. You can change it any time from Cookie settings in its footer. Campaign tags in the link you followed are read from the link, not stored in a cookie.

Email newsletters

We use Brevo to send newsletters. Brevo sets no cookies on zeroarc.ai, because we don't embed any Brevo form or tracker on the site. If we ever add one, we'll update this page and ask for your consent first where it's needed. Emails sent through Brevo may use open and click tracking, which is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Other sites

When you follow a link to another site, such as our booking page on cal.com, LinkedIn or Instagram, that site may set its own cookies under its own policy.

03

Your choice

When you first visit, we ask whether you're happy for us to use analytics and marketing cookies. "Reject all" and "Accept all" are equally easy, and nothing optional runs until you choose. If you close the page without choosing, nothing optional runs.

You can change your mind at any time. Your new choice applies straight away. If you turn analytics off we delete the Google Analytics cookies from your browser, and if you turn marketing off we delete the Meta cookies and stop sending anything to Meta.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.

05

More information

How we handle personal data, including analytics data, is explained in our Privacy Policy. If anything here is unclear, email hello@zeroarc.ai.

We'll update this page if the cookies we use change.

Cookie settings

Choose what we can use.

Turn on only what you're happy with. Your choice is saved in this browser for six months, then we ask again.

Strictly necessary

Keeps the site working and remembers the choices you make here. No tracking. These can't be switched off.

Always on

Analytics

Google Analytics counts visits and which pages are read, so we know what's useful. Google Signals and ad features are switched off. Cookies: _ga, _ga_E75XER2FMZ.

Marketing

The Meta Pixel tells Meta (Facebook and Instagram) when someone who saw our ads visits or gets in touch, so we can measure and improve those ads. Cookies: _fbp, _fbc.

Details are in our Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy.
