A site that
works for everyone.
Our accessibility target, where we are today and how to tell us if something gets in your way.
Built to WCAG 2.1 AA, with a few known gaps.
- Keyboard, screen reader, zoom and reduced motion are all supported.
- Pause every animation on the site with one button. Your choice is remembered.
- A few decorative screens inside illustrations fall short. Everything in them is also in text.
- Something in your way? Email hello@zeroarc.ai and we'll fix it.
Our commitment
ZERO ARC AI wants everyone to be able to use zeroarc.ai, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, zoom or voice control, and people who are sensitive to motion. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.
How well the site meets the standard
Partially conformant. Most of the site meets WCAG 2.1 AA. The exceptions are listed below, and we're working through them.
What we've done
- Every page has a "Skip to content" link, a logical heading structure and a clear page language.
- The menu, Solutions dropdown, tabs, carousels and interactive product demos work with a keyboard, and focus is always visible.
- Text colours meet the 4.5:1 contrast ratio for normal text, including our terracotta accent and grey captions.
- A Pause animations button sits at the bottom of every page and is also the second item you reach with the Tab key. It stops moving and auto-playing content across the whole site, and your choice is remembered.
- If your device is set to reduce motion, the site does this automatically.
- Form fields have visible labels and clear error messages.
- The cookie banner can be used with a keyboard and a screen reader, and it doesn't block the page.
Known limitations
- Product illustrations. Our Control Room and website illustrations are pictures of example screens. Some small text inside them, such as made-up figures and labels, is decorative and below the contrast standard. Each illustration is described in nearby text, and nothing you need is only in an illustration.
- Interactive scenes. A few scroll-driven scenes on the homepage are complex. Everything they show is also in plain text on the same page.
- Other sites. Our booking page runs on cal.com, and the AI Opportunity Finder (audit.zeroarc.ai) is a separate app that is being updated to the same standard. We can't control cal.com's accessibility. If either gets in your way, email us and we'll book your call or run the audit with you directly.
Tell us about a problem
If something on the site is hard to use, or you need information in a different format, email hello@zeroarc.ai. Tell us the page and what happened. We'll reply within 5 business days and fix what we can.
How we checked
This statement was prepared on 12 October 2026. We tested every page with automated checks (axe-core, against WCAG 2.1 A and AA) at desktop and phone sizes, and checked by hand with a keyboard, with zoom up to 200%, with reduced motion turned on and with a screen reader. We review it whenever we make a significant change to the site, and at least once a year.
