How we work
The list, the place, and the process.
Week one we write down every job that repeats, costed in hours. Then your numbers go in one place, with a view for each role. By day 30 the first bottleneck is gone, and every month after that we take one more recurring job off the team.
Getting inside the business
We start inside the business, not with software.
We don't take a brief. We spend the first weeks in your business the way a new operations manager would: on calls with the people who do the work, in the inbox, in the spreadsheet, in the job system. We write down every job that repeats, who does it, how long it takes, and what happens when it's late. That list is the foundation. Everything we build comes off it.
The list
Every job that repeatsWho does it, how long it takes, what happens when it's late. Costed in hours. Signed off by you at the end of month one.
Month one, week by week
What happens in the first 30 days.
The list and the first report
We interview you and the people who touch the work. Every recurring job goes on a list with the hours it costs. The First Monday Report lands on read-only access before anything is connected.
The check
Does something you already pay for do this? Sometimes yes, and you're not using it. Sometimes a tool is costing more than it's worth and a cheaper way does the job. We tell you either way, before we build anything.
The place
The systems we named at kickoff, connected. Your numbers and jobs in one place, views by role. Anything we agreed to stage is written down as month two.
The process, and the first bottleneck gone
The checklist, the handover pack, the weekly template, the intake form: written down. The worst of quoting or chasing, removed. You sign off the hour numbers.
How we run the work
From the first call
to every month after.
Understanding the business comes before anything gets built. The same five steps on every engagement. No proposal by email. If it fits, we present it on a second call.
Discovery
A twenty-minute call. You tell us where work gets stuck. We ask five questions about how the week actually runs and who does what.
Demo, then a fixed price
Before any proposal, we build a working demo on your business from what you told us. We walk it through together and scope the build to one number. Nothing is sent by email.
Inside the business
Week one we're in the inbox, the job system and on calls with the people who do the work. Every job that repeats is written down and costed in hours.
The first bottleneck, gone
By day 30 the worst of quoting or chasing is off the team, with the process written down as we go. You sign off the hours it was costing.
Every month
The review call. One more job off the team, the process written down, and the team trained on what changed.
