Terms
Three-month minimum, then month to month on 30 days' notice. The Operator's implementation is credited in full if you upgrade.
Prices
Prices in EUR, exclusive of VAT where it applies. We hold and run the system; the outputs, data, and accounts are yours.

What we need from you
The first 30 days are hands-on. We work closely with you and your team, and we need four things from you.

An onboarding form, filled in during week one. We keep it as painless as we can: your tools, who does what, and where the work gets stuck.
- 02
Access to the named systems inside ten working days. If we can't get in, the clock doesn't run.
- 03
Someone who can answer questions in week one: you, or the person who does the work.
- 04
Your sign-off on the list's hour numbers at the end of month one. The guarantee is measured against figures you agreed.
