Three month minimum, then month to month on 30 days' notice. The Operator's implementation is credited in full if you upgrade. Prices in EUR, exclusive of VAT where it applies.
Live in 30 days, or we keep working. If the agreed month-one deliverable isn't live within 30 days of receiving the access we asked for, we keep working at no charge until it is.

Operator or Control Room: which one do I need?
The Operator is for one person, whoever the work lands on: the owner, or the CEO of a team. The Control Room is for teams of 1 to 30 people: you, and everyone who asks you where things are. If you start with The Operator, its implementation is credited in full if you upgrade.
Do we have to change our software?
No. We connect what you already pay for. Replacing your software is not part of what we sell.
Can we see it working on a business like ours?
Yes. On the intro call we show you the Control Room running on a business like yours. If it fits, we build a working demo on your business before any proposal, then present a fixed price on a second call.
What happens to our data, and what if we stop?
Your data is yours and comes back with you. We hold and run the system; the outputs, data and accounts are yours. If you leave after the initial term, or we stop trading, we run it for ninety days after notice, hand back your data, and document every automation so someone else can rebuild it.
