Use the site fairly, and treat it as a guide.
- Browse, share and link freely. Don't misuse the forms, scrape the site or try to break in.
- Our content and design are ours. Client work belongs to our clients.
- Free tools and AI reports give estimates and suggestions, not professional advice.
- Client work is covered by a separate written agreement. Irish law applies to these terms.
About these terms
These terms apply when you use zeroarc.ai and our free tools (the Owner Bottleneck Map, "See what we'd change" and the AI Opportunity Finder at audit.zeroarc.ai). The site is run by ZERO ARC AI LIMITED, a private company limited by shares registered in Ireland, Company No. 807786, Tipperary, Ireland. You can reach us at hello@zeroarc.ai.
By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
These are terms for the website only. When we do work for a client, a separate written agreement covers that work, and it takes priority over anything on this site.
Using the site
You're welcome to browse, read and share links to our pages. Please don't:
- use the site in a way that breaks the law or harms anyone;
- try to get into parts of the site, our systems or accounts you aren't meant to reach, or test them for weaknesses without our written permission;
- send malware, spam, or automated or misleading submissions through our forms or the AI Opportunity Finder;
- copy large parts of the site by automated means (scraping), or use it to train AI models, without our written permission;
- pretend to be someone else when you contact us.
We may suspend access or ignore submissions that break these rules.
Our content
The words, design, graphics, Control Room illustrations and code on this site belong to ZERO ARC AI LIMITED or are used with permission. Client websites, names and logos shown in our work belong to their owners and appear with their permission.
Names, figures and businesses in our product illustrations and examples are made up to show how things work. Any resemblance to a real business is coincidence.
You may view and print pages for your own reference and share links to them. You may not copy, sell or republish our content, or present it as your own, without our written permission.
Our free tools
The Owner Bottleneck Map, "See what we'd change" and the AI Opportunity Finder give general suggestions based on what you tell us. Hours saved, costs and other figures are estimates to help you think, not promises.
AI Opportunity Finder reports are drafted with the help of an AI model. They can be incomplete or wrong, so please check anything important before you act on it. How we handle your answers is explained in our Privacy Policy.
No advice, and the site as it is
Everything on the site is general information about how we work. It isn't legal, financial, tax or other professional advice for your situation, and shouldn't be relied on as such.
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be complete, current, uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change or remove any part of it at any time.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited or excluded under Irish law. Nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
The site and free tools are provided free of charge. Subject to the paragraph above:
- if you're a consumer, we're responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We aren't responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable;
- if you use the site for business, we aren't liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of the site or the free tools, and our total liability to you for use of the site is limited to €100.
Links to other sites
Our site links to other sites, such as our booking page on cal.com, client websites, LinkedIn and Instagram. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your data. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
You're welcome to link to our homepage or any page, as long as you do it fairly and don't suggest a relationship or endorsement that doesn't exist. Please don't show our site inside a frame on another site.
Security
We use HTTPS and take reasonable steps to keep the site secure, but no website can be guaranteed free of viruses. Please use up-to-date browser and security software. If you find a security problem, tell us at hello@zeroarc.ai and we'll look at it quickly.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The version on the site when you use it is the one that applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you're a consumer living elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
